5th Panhellenic Yoga Festival

The Coordinator participated in the 5th Panhellenic Yoga Festival to gain insights about different types of yoga to inform teaching practises; to spend time practicing and studying material; to disseminate the aims and objectives as well as the methods developed by YOYO.
It was wonderful to interact with colleagues from Galatsi, Kallithea, Artemida and had the opportunity to meet members of the Board of Directors of the Light of Yoga and the founder of Flower Kids Yoga School.
